北京怡成生物电子技术有限公司成立于1993年，是北京市高新技术企业，国家高科技计划（"863"计划）支持企业，医疗快速检测产品专业生产厂家。
于1995年推出第一款国产血糖仪，2004年发展为全血血糖、乳酸、酮体和胆固醇多指标快速检测，现推出及研发完成产品包括血糖仪、全血乳酸分析仪、全血酮体分析仪、全血胆固醇分析仪、尿微量白蛋白半定量测试卡、糖化血红蛋白微芯片系统、白蛋白抗体及检测试剂盒、血红蛋白抗体及检测试剂盒、糖化血红蛋白抗体及检测试剂盒等。产品开发涉及电化学生物传感器技术、金标免疫层析技术、生物芯片技术、生化分析试剂盒、抗体试剂等多个领域。
在中国的电化学快速检测领域，北京怡成生物电子技术有限公司是最早涉足而且也是目前最大的产品供应商。
2004年获国家”863“课题”便携式全血分析微系统实用化研究”，2006年获国家”863“课题”糖化血红蛋白微芯片系统“。

Beijing YiCheng, founded in 1993, is a certified hi- and new-tech enterprise. It is also one of the National Hi-Tech Plan supporting enterprises. The company engages in rapid diagnostic products.
In 1995, Beijing YiCheng introduced the first domestic brand of Glucose monitor. In 2004, YiCheng hand-hold rapid diagnostic products were able to detect glucose ,lactate, ketone and cholesterol in whole blood samples. Now, YiCheng has developed the glucose monitor, the lactate monitor, the ketone monitor, the cholesterol monitor, the test strip for human urine micro albumin, the mcrochip for glycosylated HbA1C, some antibodies and assaying kits for human albumin, HbA1C and glycosylated HbA1C, etc.
In rapid detection industry in China by the technology of electronic chemistry, Yicheng is the earliest participant and the largest provider of related products
Relying on its proven strength and outstanding achievement , the National Hi-Tech Plan (“863” Plan) granted generous funds to Beijing YiCheng for new product research in 2004 and 2006 ,respectively.
